Let’s solve problems and get things done!

Get Un-Stuck

With bold questions and creative, disciplined thinking, I can work with you to map a path forward from whatever has your business or career “stuck.”

Realigning your career with your personal values?

Leader development for you or your team?

Written training materials for your business/organizational processes?

Accounting system transition?

HR policies and processes?

Applying the right business ideas to your non-profit?

We can do all of that, together.

How can I help?

I turn complex challenges into manageable plans and key wins.

As careers evolve, most of us encounter seasons of wondering how exactly we got here and whether we’re really doing what we’re supposed to do.  Days seem long, progress feels stagnant, and the sense of purpose that once drove us has waned.

I can help you sift through the storylines of your life and career to distill clear touchstones of purpose and meaning as you make a plan for what’s next.

As businesses grow, they often outgrow the simple processes and strategies that helped build their initial success.  Things get missed, service gaps become more frequent, and the team feels the stress.

I can help unravel the complex maze of processes that developed organically over time to make your business run, and help you create a path forward that builds on the best of what makes your company and team successful while finding new ways to make work more efficient and make lives easier.

If these situations sound familiar and you’re looking for a thinking partner who approaches you and your team with perpetual kindness, authentic communication and compelling solutions, let’s explore a little further whether we should work together.
